kkd iam excellent ..last 20 days sucessful ga wella ...bagundhi hope i continue ....target is 20 pounds ...5 so far karigindhi inko 15 karagali...first 5 easy kani from now have to do more and eat healthy... inka next 5 months no politicla discussion only ROM..or entatainment ...health |
