Annual Municpal tax will be based on the rental income like a month or two' rent. At the time of registration registration will be based on the prevailing sq yard/sq feet rates of the area. At the time of resale, registration will be based on prevailing rates | ||

Hi, Real estate re sale gurinchi chinna Q.... Oka independent house ni resale chesthunnapudu daani meeda property tax yetla paduthundi? In our case, we bought the house form builder for 40 lakhs. out of which 34 lakhs was the loan. and the plot was registered for 120000 rupees. now, if the buyer is taking loan for 40 lakhs, sale deed must show atleast 45 lakhs for th buyer to get the loan of 40 lakhs. pls advice what could be the property gain tax for us because buyer is going to register it based on sale deed value of 45 lakhs... urgent gaa info kaavali... meeku thelisina info cheppandi...... |
