Dinner skip seyyi and nuvvu tintunna lunck dinner ki set sesi dinner luch ki set seyyi ...and thread mill dummu dulupu towel areyadam manesi use lo ettu easy to reduce 12 pounds ...

nenu chala rojulu ga try chestunna. week antha bane chesi weekend 2 days get-togthers valla konchem kooda thaggaledhu. nenu gym ki vella lenu kaanee intlo treadmill undhi. konchem advise cheyyandi.




8 weeks lo 12 pounds anedi very aggressive target.. you might be able to achieve it..but after effects or maintaining the same routine might be difficult...
