http://www.ibnlive.com/news/modi-challenges-govt-to-let-him- crush-terror/73505-3.html Modi challenges Govt to let him crush terror New Delhi: Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi is now openly challenging the Centre on fighting terror. At the BJP's national executive meet in Bangalore he practically accused the Government of soft-pedalling the issue saying, that the UPA must allow him to implement the Gujarat Control of Organised Crime (GujCoC) Act. The Gujarat CM said that those who oppose GujCoC and POTA (Prevention of Terrorism Act) are those who support terrorists. "Those who care less for terror and more for terrorists are the ones who are opposing GujCoC and POTA," he said. The GujCoC Act, he claimed, is a tougher law against organised crime and terrorism. Despite being passed twice by the Gujarat Assembly, GujCoC has not been cleared by the Centre. +91 The Union Home Ministry, in reply to a petition in the Gujarat High Court, had said the legislation couldn’t be cleared because it closely resembles the repealed POTA. But surprisingly, Modi may be getting some support from the Prime Minister's Office itself. National Security Adviser, MK Narayanan has told CNN-IBN that the Bill is under consideration. Meanwhile, Modi has been appealing to Gujaratis all over the world to send letters to the Prime Minister. "I'm requesting the Gujarati community worldwide, send emails to the PM ask him to clear the Bill. It's a good thing to do in a democracy," he said on Friday. Elsewhere, he urged villagers to write postcards and letters to the PM, demanding that the Central Government clear the GujCoC. "All of you write letters to the PM. In Gujarati, Hindi, English, whatever language you know and demand that this act be passed," he added. Modi....cheppakane cheppesaav CONGI govt is eunuch Govt ani.....you, the MAN !!
