You are right...but it is better than not eating anything....kani it is not a good option..andhuke aa expression. Morning breakfast lo very low fat....more vitamins,minerals,protein and complex carbs vunte best. Complex carbs take time to break and will keep your hunger away for long time.....fiber vunte inka manchidhi... Cereals lo Fiberone best..low in cals and high in fiber...low fat yougurt...fruits....whole wheat bread ...peanut butter....are other good options. |

Kkd you are absolutely correct living long is not necessary living healthy is important. One other important thing....donot do cardio less than 20 minutes....20 minutes minimum seyyali....slowly increast upto 40 min. or split into 2 20 min sessions... 20 min kante thakkuva aithe results almost nil ani naa trainer seppad...i donot remember the exact reason for that.... |

For ravino as requested - The only and best way to lose fat (belly or any other) is exercise combined with good diet. 1. Cut down Calories. (i already opened a thread on how many calories u need ...try searching that thread) Reduce the calorie consumption and this is the first step in getting rid of belly fat. There is a formula based on your height and weight and age to determine how much calories you need. To maintain your weight - If your weight is 160 lbs and do medium-regular workouts (metabolism factor 40%) and age is 30-40 say your weight is 160 lbs then 160 * 11 = 1760 calories Metabolism factor - 40% of 1760 1760 + 40% of 1760 ~ 2400 calories This is what a person of 160 lbs need to have to maintain his weight if he is working out regularly cardio and weights. If you want to loose weight reduce the intake of calories and increase your metabolism rate. YOu need to cut down your intake to say 2400 - 600 = 1900 calories. 2. Cuts down Sugars intake in food - Sugars in rice and cornflakes or other processed junk food is not good. They convert to energy quickly and if you donot burn them they turn into fat. If you have to eat junk food or sweets...just make sure you burn extra colories that evening. Ravino poddunna saddanam thinta antaad...which is not good....rice gets conveted into sugars and energy very fast..and your levels go instantly high. It is always not adivisable to eat foods that are easily convertable...thats why oats and whole grain are suggested. 3.Last but important Exercise and workouts with Good diet. Eat whole grain foods....less processed foods like white rice. Even when you buy atta make sure it is a wholegrain atta most of the cheaply available atta is mix of lot of maida or some other flour with atta. Eat small portions 4-5 times a day rather than just 2 heavy meals. Try to avoid eating between meals. Exercise regularly and do weight training. You can combine both as per a plan. Do cardio atleast 4-5 days.Start slowly and then gradually increase the speed and distance....never keep doing the same for long time.....keep going slowly to next level. Weight traning atleast 3 days a week is good. Muscles burn calories even when you are not working out. SO build muscles...not necessarily like a body builder. You can try machine weights rather than free weights. Ab exercises donot remove belly fat but tighten and flatten the belly....and you look trim. Do abbench crunches, Situps, or any other ab exercises you are comfortable. Eat good amount of vegetables and fruits in your diet which have high fiber and fat that is easily burnt and donot get stored. Final ga 4. Cut down Alcohol consumption - Alcohol combined with Soda is the main culprit. I donot know the exact medical reasons but that combination is the main culprit for a belly. Enjoy. |
