i am following the above stpes
i have reduced my tummy as well and i lost 3 kgs in two months

i am doing 3 time in week.

recently noticed...to reduce weight or tummy stair climber (any synonym) is better compared to treadmill, cycling or elliptical..just burn 150 cals thrice a week..will see good results in 2 months.
