rank and percentile are in 1 way the same (just like aggregate-percentage)..the last ranker gets 0.00 percentile... Score is the normalised form..useful to compare candidates from diff disciplines.. For eg .. A got 22 rank out of 5000 candidates in EE discipline B got 85 rank out of 35000 candidates in EC to compare ..in this kinda situ..weightage is given to rank, num of ppl appeared in that particular discipline, marks scored ..score is computed >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>NIL BULLS<<<<<<<<<<<<< | ||

i think gate score is different from rank. gate lo asalu only score..no ranks..so ur sister got high score and a better rank. so mundu high score unnavalladi pettaru if u observe the other exam PGECET which is rank based they are calling ranks first. | ||
