rice cut down seyyali....brown rice is a good substitute....but nuvvu sambar,avakai, perugu esukoni thinataniki antha baagodhu....if you take rice as side...then brown rice is good...it has fiber. Rice manaleni vallaki following options - Curries lo masala thagginchi....Eat 1 roti and Fill your plate with more curries...and little rice....very good option. 400+ triglycerides is alarming.... desi's ki around 200 vuntadhi because of rice intake and less workouts... First thing to do is drastically reduce rice intake and increase high fiber content food and workout regularly...not a casual walk....you have to sweat it out. |
