tammud general ga cheppu.. shell scrip is used to store a series of unix commands so that they can be automated. commands can be from simple unix commands to comples file processing commands using sed and awk. file processing examples..replacing globally a word in the file..pattern matching etc | ||

thammud....i am not sure if i understood your question but here is what i know... You can connect to Unix in mainframe environment by using NDM or FTP. There are certain commands and parameters. If you need more of exact commands let me know...i will try to give my brain some work. | ||
