I am with my 1st employer since 3 years. Initial h1b will expiry this sept 30th,2008.

Extension applied in june 20th,2008. It is showing PENDING.

Is it any risk.??? after sept 30th what will happen.?? pls clarify me.

in january 2008 in EB2 . 8 years experience in IT undhi.

just EXTension konchem curios ga unde, becoz in India my parents wanted to be clarity on this.

yes, as long as you are waiting for an approval from them..but aa period 6 months anukunta..even after 6 months after ur i94 expiry, if you dont hear from them,its a problem..anduke premium cheyyinchu after waiting a month after ur expiry

aggiramudu problem anukunta..his case is not h1 extension..substitute labor vadadu..he is a BE,MBA..he used MCA subst labor..so 140 reject ayyindi anukunta..that case is lot different and complicated compared to basky's case

you shouldn't have any problem..after spe 30, wait for a month..if still no response, go for premium.

wats ur I94 exp date? same as h1 expiry?

technically you will be in status as long as you are waiting for an approval..they have to make a decisison..till u hear the decission, u r in status..but 6 months ani edo period undi anukunta..u cannot stay with out a decission after 6 months i guess..

extension ki apply chesinaa tharuvathaa anipichindhi premium chesunte better ani..

naaku telisinaa inko friend ki kooda pending ani vasthundhi..I think thats OK..but ento extension kooda strict chesaru ani okka talk...
