Heres some information that could help you start with:

* Displaying telugu in your computer - Most of the telugu content generated on the web is in Unicode. Almost all the Operating Systems these days can display Unicode. But there are a few settings needed to be done to get it right
o On Windows XP you would need to enable support for Complex Script. A how to on that can be found here. Please follow the procedure and then you can view telugu on your computer.
* Generating telugu content - If you want to produce telugu content then there are two widely used ways
o Inscript: Inscript is a keyboard layout using which you can type in telugu. A how to on using the keyboard layout here (Windows XP). On Linux also you can add a keyboard layout for telugu. There are also a few online tools which can do the same palaka.
o RTS: RTS is a key mapping which converts text typed in english to telugu. There are many tools to assist this. baraha, aksharamala and web based tools like lekhini, etc
* Blogs - There are quite a few people who blog in telugu. Blogs are created in blogger, wordpress or self hosted too. There are convenient ways to access them all using blog aggregators. Koodali, Thenegoodu, Jalleda etc
* Websites - There are many websites/webzines too which maintain the content completely in telugu. A few of them are poddu, eemaata etc
