Yes it normally takes 3 business days.. Nuvvu vadu seppina station ki poyi report collect chesukovachu.... Police rport lo they donot mention insurance company name and instead they mention some code. You have to call your insurance and ask what insurance company that Code relates to and then call that insurance company and claim. They will ask you to fax the report and you do the same. Rest is all normal. Dont worry. | ||

You can claim this in 2 ways. 1. If you are going thru your insurance then they will deduct your initial 500 first and pay the rest of the amount for your repair. After reviewing the case and working with other person's insurance if they find its not your mistake then they will refund your 500 back. 2. Directly calling other person's insurance and sending them the police report and filing a claim with them (not your insurance company) Always go with second option.
