Telugu Desam president N Chandrababu Naidu has become "father" yet again. On Thursday, he adopted an orphan girl and declared that she would be his daughter hereafter. Naidu, who toured Kadapa district on Thursday visited the AIDS rehabilitation centre at Rajampet and found an orphan infant Lakshmi affected by HIV. He declared that he was adopting the girl and would take care of all her needs. What is more, he named the girl as "Nara Lakshmi." One wonders how Naidu got this sudden love for AIDS patients and orphan girls. If he really adopted the girl, he should take her to his residence in Hyderabad and provide her all facilities that he is doing for his son Nara Lokesh. He has to ensure her good education and medication and if she survives the dreaded diseases, he should also give her a share in his properties or make her future MD of Heritage. Does Naidu have the magnanimity to do all this? Otherwise, people will definitely treat it as yet another election stunt by Naidu! |
