Truelies, My friend, for whose cousin I applied for H1B Visa, is well aware of the fact that her cousin is taking risk of applying for H1B through a small company. Infact, her cousin is working through my company. Her H1B visa was needed to be applied in the last minute (literraly 2 days before the deadline) and we started the process in the last minutes scrambling for getting attorney and paperwork etc., Fortunately she got the approval and now she is going for the interview. We have to see how it is going to turn out. Bottomline is, our company didn't approac them, they approached us knowing the full risk of applying through a small company. Now, We have multiple H1's approved after her initial case. | ||

I am just wondering - have you started the company without knowing the fact that your employees need to submit the pics of your company during visa interview? Its not mandatory to have very big office to sponsor h1s..right? Since you own the company, better talk to your attorney. | ||

Hello everyone, Sorry to post H1B related question here, but this is the most popular place, so posting it here anyway. I posted the a question related to H1B VISA interview few weeks back. This is a related question. I own a small IT company and sponsored a H1B for one of friends sister in the last minute and her H1B got approved and now she is going to interview. I have all the documents ready, but I don't have a big office so in a dilemma on how to manage this requirement of US Consulate office which needs pictures of inside and outside of company's office. I don't want the girl to get rejected because of this. Would appreciate any suggestions in this regard. Thanks in advance. |
