Yes , If V.P Singh , Gowda can rule, why can't Maya. Nothing wrong. One has to remember that control of INDIA is distributed in the hands of PM, President, Parliament, Judiciary and Armed forces. So PM alone cannot make any drastic decisions But in Indian Politics no one can become PM, if he/she wishes at least for the first time. Unless some fav time comes , like in case of Chandrasekhar. |
