I have been a regular customer to kaddvd.com for the past 3.5 years and I bought many many DVDs from them. I am one of those movie lovers who wants to own good-quality DVDs and so I paid the extra price knowing that I will get some good-quality DVDs with them. I should say I was never disappointed(even if I was, may be it is just with 3 or 4 DVDs). Recently I purchased 6 more DVDs and there were only 4 DVDs in my parcel. There was a note that they will refund one movie's purchase price as it is out of stock. No mention of the 6 th DVD. And to top it, out of the 4 DVDs, only one was the DVD which I placed order for. The rest of them, I did not even order. So out of 6 DVDs, they sent me only one correct DVD. And that refund they mentioned was never credited to my account!! I sent them 3 emails and called them twice and left a very detailed VMs. NO RESPONSE even after two weeks!!! I even offered them to ship back the wrong DVDs. Since I had no other choice, I filed a complaint with Federal Trade commission and also with my credit card company. The credit company credited my account after I sent back the DVDs which I did not order, but I am simply shocked with the customer service!!! What is the big deal about returning a call and working out something??? How hard is it?? I guess the only option now for me is to buy DVDs from shops directly or else watch other language films!!! I feel very sad about the entire episode. Not only they lost a good and loyal customer(I bought nearly 80 DVDs from them for my personal use) but many more too because I shall tell my experience to my friends and family and I am sure they will atleast hesitate to buy from them. I always used to argue with some of my friends to buy good-quality DVDs and especially from KAD Dvd since I always got good-quality DVDs. They used to say that the same DVDs are available at a much cheaper price at other websites.
