(educated)graduates and teachers seats constitutes 16 out of 90. how are they gonna effect any laws or policies framed by the govt? except the graduates, teachers have their own political affiliations and they vote for their respective parties, that leaves the graduates they are very meager in number to effect any thing. you can pass any bill irrespective of whether the higher house of the state passes it or rejects it. mlc anedi picha waste it just gave shelter to the political joless | ||
