Gotcha:

refinacne lo ctach janalaki teledu. so read this carefully before making adecision.

say ur loan is for 30 years and u already paid for 5 years. plan ela untundi ante initlaly u will be paying lot of interest and then slowly start paying principal.

if u refinace u will be paying interest again for next few more years mostly then slowly principal so thats how banks make money. so adi alochinchukondi.




u can go for shorter term or pay additional interest etc

Option 1 lo Kumar is not buying points

He is getting 7000 hard cash for going for higher than prevailing rate

so my suggestion is go for it and do refi in a month with different bank and he makes cool cash of 4000 in the bargain
