While the figures may go up or down but the fact remains that AP has done a better job. Before you ask lemme clarify that i don't really believe Tendulkar methodology is a correct way to determine poverty line but at the same time there is a decline in poverty levels across AP which I've seen first hand. Even Bihar data looks astonishing, Nitish Kumar is doing something right over there. | ||
