Vjawarrior:Folks except Sachin.....in this busy life....its very important to concentrate on one's health...esp mental health....Physical health kosam paakulaadataam....gym etc....but a simple easy way is to do pranayama....a very simple breathing exercise....Inhale with one nostril strongly and exhale with the other out.....DO like this 15 times a stretch in the morning/afternoon and evening...Body lo unna toxins anni potayi...Its really good....good luck folks

I used to do 8-9 years back...naa lipe lo sarvam S nakesayi ani decide ayyaka, RK mattam lo meditation, inka other moral classes join ayya...it worked out very well. later patanjali yoga chesa kontha kalam...appatlo pranayamam kooda nerpincharu...rk matt lo kooda roju koddi sepu pranayam cheyincharu appatlo... |
