Militants chesthe obviously deal lo sign cheskuntaru kadha, that Pak is responsbile so they will have to pay for the damages and ensure continuity of operations. If Government breaches the treaty then like I mentioned below India already has leverage..

True_indian:

mama they can stop it blow it, india is putting substantial amount money to build it, if pak says militants blew it up then what we can do

They will anyway sign the treaty kadha. So they have to provide security. Militans chinna attacks no one can guarantee and can happen anywhere but if Pak deliberately breaches, India has a trump card up it's sleeve. It can dry pakistani punjab by breaching Indus Water treaty..after all India has geographic advantage!!.. My point is India should grab energy with both hands where ever it is available from. But the concern is -- are they loosing on source to get the other...??

Regarding Iran gas pipeline, its has pros and cons
with pak in between we never know the intentions are fair or not.
its might be tough deal but india needs to pursue with caution.

Okatelugodu,

Regarding Iran gas pipeline, its has pros and cons
with pak in between we never know the intentions are fair or not.
its might be tough deal but india needs to pursue with caution.
We need lot of gas and either we have to explore and produce
or buy some middle east like china

Petrochina which was formed recently is world biggest petro company in cap
look at china how agreesively it pursing its interest.

Coming to nuclear deal, its may not be the best option but we are getting the benefit from it and we are fastest growing economy so we need energy.

people say why US hasnt built any reactor in 30yrs, they need to follow C-span
couple of companies are pursuing it and senate might approve it.
US never felt the need for energy but now with high gas prices they are feeling the pinch.

California has shortage and they buy energy from Nevada which doesnt mean you go any build reactors left and right.
it takes lot of money and time to build one

edo congress ni oppose cheyadaniki eduvatam tappa, lot of people dont want to talk real issues

even though i hate congress except PV and Rajeev, i wanted this to go

Guys first of all no sollu posts
make it interesting discussion

1) Wind Energy:
Let me start with Tulsi Tanti, Guy who made billions in building suzlon Energy
which has international presence, recently who had outbidded Areva( French govt owned and worlds no1 in wind energy).
Recently lot of US companues who bought machines from Suzlon are suing
due to the blades are cracking frequently and maintainence is more.
Even GE is not able to repair them.
In india govt is giving subsidy if you buy wind mills for your energy
people like Tatas are hesistant to buy these due to the host costs and maintaienence involved.
Put this aside, total energy produced by wind is neglible.
Even in europe its not major source.

2) Solar Energy.

Its still in infacy stage, not whole of energy is produced, set up costs are high, limited usage, we can pursue this but need lot of research and maintainence, with indian companies and govt you can never trust the support.

even in US its not very predominant
