No need to format the lappy. Note down each virus's name and ask google. some tool will b available for that virus. Download that and clean the lappy. Follow this for each such virus. సర్వ దేవాత్మకో హ్యేస తేజస్వీ రశ్మీభావనాః ఎస దేవాసుర గణమ్ లోకాం పాతి గభాస్తీభీః

Annai. Download malware bytes ane freeware install them and goto safe mode and full scan kotteyi. Next is download hijack this tool from trendmicro.com and run that once and disable all unknown startup and registries. trendmicro.com has free online scanner called housecall. use that it would remove most of the spawares/malwares etc. also pls give symptoms what's ur system behaviour. based on that we can find some solutions. good luck |

Chantabbai """naaku appudappudu spyware in ur system antu oka window popup avutundhi....ventaney scanning kuda start avutundhi...kaani nenu ventaney aa window close chestha....wats this....evariki ayina telusa....""" This is the adware that has been installed on your computer and it runs by itself and intimidates you showing all the scanned files and trap you into buying their software to clean up your computer. |

111:I tried this option..but i cudn't select the old date..all those dates are disabled..? how can i select any of the old dates...?
coz there is no "restore" point saved earlier. most of the times a successful shutdown or startup will create a restore point. Once in a while, while the system is stable you should create a "restore" point for future uses. If you are seeing any old dates (active) means you can not roll back. |

some information: in the times of windows 98, 2000 people were looking for restoring software badly. After XP which is pretty stable (protecting OS files, drivers, etc) and also the developers developing software which takes care of proper installations and un-installations, the need for restoring utilities are decreasing. XP home does not have restoring features. XP Prof has this restoring. Even I have XP Prof... I always disable the restoring feature (considering virus removal tools and performance). |

All spywares change the registry settings, when you restore the system to previous date, the previous selected date registry is loaded to the system in place of current date registry, which would wipe out all the registry changes made by the spyware. I hope this would help you in understanding. if not let me know i can give you a better example |

111! Use superantispyware to clean the C drive. This software should clean all the spywares and adwares. This software was recommended to me by the Microsoft Tech support. BTW, this is a free software from their website at www.superantispyware.com |
