Jprocks.. Nenu miles track cheyya.. I run in high intensity for 30 minutes to burn more calories and max out. On an averge i run 3 to 4 miles per day 3 days a week. Marathon runners unnaru.. vallu seppochu.. |

twitter. Finally building your capabilities in running is long process. never be in hurry. Take your own time. slowly increase your strength. Never run when you have pains in your legs,knee etc. You might injure more than cure. Take plenty of rest and return back only when you are fit. If you do not take care properly , you may end up in position where you may not run again in ur lifetime. |

Katthi: when you are running you should have proper form. You should step properly. Becoz of backpain or some other childhood issues people tend to put more pressure on one leg or bent one side. Some time people lean forward and run. You should take long steps and make sure your palm land properly. Do not twist the leg. Also you sould make sure you do not make smaller steps which puts more pressure on your belly and back. go through some videos where people explain how to step. How to put your body and how you take breath. How you move your hands. The breathing also makes lots of difference. If you control breathing well you would enjoy running. 5mhr 15 minutes is too less. If you are running for long time and if you donot have any back and knee problem you should be well off in running. keep eye on your step and your position.
sorry i should've mentioned walking / jogging , running antha scene ledhu .. jogging with small steps ..noticable problems ante oka 4m dhaatithe knee pain osthadhi li8 ga andhukani slow ga fitness penchi running penchuthaa.. na details runkeeper lo choosthunnava ? |
