It went to 60 even faster than my pessimistic assumptions..just one Fed meeting convulsed the markets and rupee almost went to 61 and now back to 59.5. By early 2014, tapering off of QE is quite likely, with that going to 65 is a cakewalk..one good thing from India's perspective is that CAD has shown signs of declining, but as countervailing effect, the bigger problem that seems to be making the news of late is the short term debt of India.
