No, no body can afford it. It hits all. Someone harder, somebody just hard  Thats what he was talking about .. like how Midwest had a bad drought last summer and a prolonged winter .. both impacting the crop .. with very less agri produce in the agri bowl of USA .. He also talked about Hurricane Sandy impacting NY more bcoz the ocean has risen a foot from what it was a 100 years ago .. resulting in more insurances .. more natural calamity spending .. etc etc ..
