I haven't read the article yet.. but, i heard in one of debate, manishankar ayer quoting some NSSO data & saying initial PSU creation (socialistic growth) created more auxillary industries and more jobs & post-reforms period is all jobless growth. manufacturing growth means more jobs... IT, mining growth means less jobs. Future is not to be predicted.. It is to be created... | ||
