Whatever can be done will be done. If any job require repetitive work & no intelligence, its inevitable that, alternative ways will be found out. be it automation in some places or be it hiring people with low qualification (diploma could suffice.). Secondly, if u don't add value to yourself over your experience, it is obvious that, u will be replaced by lesser experience guy in future. So, from our side, we should be on our toes, to go up value chain & be prepared to acquire new skillset, new domain expertise & if possible new careers. Future is not to be predicted.. It is to be created... | ||
