Pierce is not part of this deal. He will be bought by Celtics and the expectation is that he will join Clippers for mid-level exception. | ||

Howard situation chaala complex. He does not like Kobe...so he nevery really wanted to come to Lakers. Kobe kooda Lakers is my team...i should get the most touches ani chaala gola chesaadu. Ippudu Duncan ki 5th championship daggara pade sariki he wants 1 or 2 more championships and he needs Howard. On the other hand Howard is NBA's one of the most marketable stars. His Adidas deal will be in the range of 300 million and they want him to be in a big market. Houston, Dallas, Atlant antha venta padataaru kani..right now, Howard's choices are Houston and Lakers. Houston has a better team compared to Lakers. Strictly from basketball reasons, Lakers will be better of trading Howard to Clippers for Griffin+Bledsoe. From business perspective, Lakers number 1 goal will be to NOT stregthen Clippers any more. They share the same market and even the same stadium. Ippudu LA lo 95% of fans support Lakers. They would not want Clippers stealing their fanbase. So, they may not do the deal. | ||

KG, DOC and Pierce to Clippers is one deal, second deal is trading Blake Griffin to Lakers for Dwight Howard, as Howard and Paul want to play together. Paul Pierce, KG and Doc chaala thick friends. Celtics don't want to pay 16 Million for Paul Pierce next season. They can buy out his contract for 5 million. Without Paul Pierce, KG will retire. Without KG and Pierce, Doc Rivers does not want to coach Celtics. Veelu andhra ellipothe, Celtics will be left with nothing. So, they want to get some young players and draft picks in return...so that they can start building a new team for the future. They will not even make play-offs for a few years. Chris Paul wants Clippers to build a team that can contend immediately. If they make this trade (or anything that makes them stronger), Chris Paul will sign a 5 year contract with Clippers. By trading away future picks, Clippers are sacrificing their future a little bit for the present. | ||

Spurs will have cap space to go after star free agents like Iggy, Jefferson and Milsap. Appudu team becomes even stronger. IF they really, really want they can try for Howard. But it is unlikely. |
