10K naki 50+ mins and 13.1 around hrs. Eppatiki vasthano mee range ki and on top of it past 2 weeks grounded because of injury.




vunkl anedhi ootha padham.. i stayed in 50+ mins range for a long time, once i crossed it 45 mins range ki baane vachaan.. now stuck in 43 to 45 not moving alot from there.

i agree, if you push too hard, injuries. if you dont no improvement.. thikka thikkaga untadhi, session results sooosaaka

i purchased P90x. the workouts are really good. kaani inka proposed plans try cheyaledhu.. but the sessions are good, and the break down is good.

i liked yoga session very much.. by the end of yoga session, the feeling is amazing. you sweat like a a pig, but you are still very relaxed and calm.

2yrs back mountain bike race training lo injury ayyindhi.. flipped by the side of an hill side.. knee ki sinna surgery ayyindhi(laser treatment). last year zero activities. 45 days back malla training start sesaan. aiming to be fit enough for a race by the start of negesht year - 48 mile race unnaadhi. hope i will get ready by then.

aapice lo bike group undhi, pretty good outfit which include see yee woh. vallatho elle vaadini, after the surgery side ki kookunna. malli group ni join kavali, dhaniki koosintha prep avvaali .

s far as im concerned, ab is just a warmup kind of thing. unless you are doing a set of 100 it does not qualify as an exercise that is for muscle growth in the abs.

by the end of 50 min workout, some days i barely can walk straight without resting for a few minutes rest.


ab warmup kosam cheyaku..abs ki warmup avasaram ledu..

if u dont have time after 50 mins o fstength workout , no issue at allllll.. thats my point.. abs entho kontha work avuthayi nee 50 mis workout lo..if u can make time for another 5 mins thats great, if not no problem..

anyway its up to u..

also, if you can move cardio to the end of the workout or even on non workout days, its good..

same pricnple, if you want to lift heavy or even just lift weights, dont do cardio before teh workout (5 mins is ok, but not more than 15 mins)

just do foamrolling/dynamic warmup and some workout specific mobility drils and you should be good to go for lifting..

do not waste time by isolating stuff...ofcourse there is a time for isolation, but not at this stage

always work on compound lifts first, then time unte isolation work (bicpes/triceps/abs/calfs) - this way u wont injure urself...

olympic lifts ni middle of the workout lo anduke pettaru, if u look at great stength coach programs..when you are using multiple muscle in your body, you need to be fresh, ur CNS should be active (not already burnt)

I prefer doing it last.. endukante opika lekapothe abs cheyalsina avasaram kooda ledu..

if you do compound lifts then your abs (stabilizer) will have to work to keep you stable.neeku teliakundane you will keep your core tight.

squats chesthe, u have to use ur abs, deadlifts ki u have to use ur abs, chin ups ki u have to use ur abs, bench press ki u have to use.. prathi daniki u will use..

so do them as finisher..3 sets of ab rollouts, medicine ball crnches, smith machina hip raises, hanging leg raises. etc etc

Abs are part of core, which are almost always in use for the rest of the exercises. typically after a full drill of 50 min workout, i barely have the proper ability to do a co-ordinated ab . may be thats the reason i prefer it after cardio.

and the people i worked with prefer after cardio, rather than at the end.

Always work your abs at the end of your workout. There's a good reason for this. You are indirectly using them for all the other exercises you do.

The abs are important stabilizer muscles that keep your form in check. If you do abs first, you will tire them out, and your whole workout will be less than optimal. Work down from the largest to the smallest muscles.
