Why did CBN spend his time on software instead of hardware? Software kante hardware ki trickle down effect ekkuva vuntadhi. Gujarat is king in brick and mortar businesses - Tata Nano plant, etc... For example it is the only state in India where Bechtel is known to have undertaken contracts. CBN aithe more concentration on IT. Why did he not coerce Ratan Tata to invest in AP..
