not 100% right.. what part of chicken is that website comparing to? chicken breast will defintely have less fat and more protein than goat.. beef, lamb ki compare chesthe goat is good..infact very good..more Iron and potassium..less fat and cholestrol. kaani the way we cook can turn a good food to very bad.. | ||
