Punjab issue: You mean Blue Star operation? then we have to talk about 1000s of innocent Indians killed during Khalistani movement. Even though there were problems, it is due to the relentless efforts of Congress to maintain National unity, Punjab is still in India. Has Indira ji, not split Pakistan successfully, imagine the state of India with Pakistan on either side. And because of post 1972 war sanctions by UN she was compelled to impose emergency to control all the disgruntled groups/regions. Assam Issue: Pure selfish politics of Bodos,illegal immigration of Bangladesis and opposition of Communist parties to have a border fencing with Bangladesh.  | ||

VHP used to do lots of good work by imparting good education thru Saraswati Vidya Mandirs and other religious activities. Before Ram Janmabhoomi issue, they used to promote religious and culture activities without disturbing or getting into contentious issues w.r.t other religions. BJP and its political ambitions slowly ruined all the good work done by VHP. I have my personal reasons for being anti-BJP and their stance on various issues.I firmly believe Congress is the only party that can keep India as one by taking all the sections of the society,regions and religions together.
