Thats how the Indian Judicial system works... Take the example of Sikh riots, lots of congress leaders have been acquitted but do you want to believe that they were innocent? Similarly we can make our own judgements irrespective of how the law deals with these cases. I must be living in a parallel universe where you have every dom dick anchor shouting at top of their voices after any bomb blast happens in India that Islam terrorism has reared it's head again.
