you literally doubled your mileage..bound to happen. kakapothe because you are active nd young, you will recover fast and 10K mostly anybody should be able to do it who is in reasonable shape unless they are doing it in sub 20 or 30 mins Ashton - I'm living an Amish lifestyle. so far so good. |

been running every other day for a month now..thankfully knee pains or shin splits lativi em levu eppudooo school lo 10th lo races ki parigetha...tarvata almost 2 decades no running..so i expected my body to show severe resistance to running in the form of body pains.. really really surprised that my body is cooperating....touch wood |

chesaaaa.... King:Coming to Knees pain, I too have them and I have this click sound from my knees. It is common for runners it is because of week hips but not week knees. You kneed to strenghten the hips to attain pain free running.
