First Question: He cited work at the University as a student programmer and a research assitant. Is that really necessary to describe it after 8 years of real experience at our company? Second Question: Instead of just mentioning University, Major, Year etc., he cited academic projects during Masters. Is that necessary? Third Question: He put his GPA there too? Is that necessary?
