Food items ekkadaina dorukutayi - it is the atmosphere, the colors and flavors, the customs and festivities around them that make the difference :-)Lohri in punjab is not the same as Bhogi in AP - though date and bonfire is common- deni specialty and feel daniki untundi :-)

Monna Christmas ki NM lo unnamu - a different feel all together with their luminaria lighting of streets and old style mudplaster look bldgs - the candles in brown bags instead of electric lights look :-)
