Is that dealer is authorized BMW dealer? I purchased a used Acura MDX from Acura dealer. I took extended warranty from dealer. I got minor issues couple of times. Dealer took care of everything. Warranty provided by Acura care. | ||

If he purchased the warranty from dealer , take the car to dealer. They will take care of it. If he purchased the warranty on his own, nothing to do. wait for their call or call them again. | ||
