I read a theory somewhere long back. the only way for china to use their huge forex reserves is to go to war. makes sense. push comes to shove - they can, is what I am saying. for example, india will *never*. europe doesnt matter no more. same with japan. the game is about china, india and US. chinese aggression to india is a signal to us not to compete with them and not to side too much with the US.
