You don't have to replace it, it gets washed off usually due to rains, or blown away due to heavy winds, etc. One mulching usually lasts couple of years and you will have to redo the lost part. Also, if you put red mulch, over the time, it will fade and loose its color, so you will have to replace at least the top layer. So, ala anna maata. | ||
