One of my friend Raman is battling with Leukemia and undergoing Chemotherapy to have his cancer cells under control. However, he is in urgent need of a bone marrow transplant within the next 4 - 6 weeks. Please visit http://saveraman.com for more details. We are attempting to mobilize the local community in the Charlotte area and specifically South East Asian population to help and improve the chances for Raman to find a match. Please stop by Hickory Ridge High School on Saturday, April 27th between 4 pm and 9 pm to register as a potential donor to help Raman. It will take 10 minutes of your time and a swab of your cheek. Please consider registering to become a possible donor that could save a life. There is a need for South Asians to participate a life saving donor. Time is of the essence!
