Usually TSA gets blamed a lot due to rude agents and thieves. But, in a smaller city, the scene is quite different. Today, I accidentally kept my wife's cellphone in my pocket. She realized it when she was at her gate, and immediately came back to security check and told the TSA agents about it. One of them was kind enough to let her use his phone to call me. When I drove back to the airport, my wife pointed me to the TSA agents, one lady came to me and took the phone from me, and gave it to my wife (of course after getting the phone through the scanner). This is definitely not in their job description. They did not "NEED" to do this, but did all this with a pleasant smiling face. This is called small town hospitality.
