isolated workouts are over rated anukuntunnaaa chest + back set seyyoch...decrease the amount of sets/exercises but keep the intensity up you can throw in stuff like super setting between chest and back also legs plus shoulders or shoulders plus arms(arms kee sep day or spl training kee nen antha fan kaadhu since sometime ) ee type of programming kee you will end up with 2 or 3 work out days per week...veyr much possible that you will hit same workout day(body part) 2 times a week |

Hd.. mix cheyyadaniki try chestunna babai.. kaani time constraint valla cheyyaleka pothunna.. So nenu 4 days chesi 3 days madayalo break iste.. only 1 set week laga vastundi.. monday ante monday kadu kaani 6 days pakka gap vastundi.. friday,sat,sun mathram 2 hr spend cheta gym lo aa time lo biceps ,triceps bimatsanga chesta..migitha day lo mathram only one part is possible Papi gadu post este katthi la digali

HD good questions.. 5 days pakka workout chestanu.. Abs minimum 4 days chestanu.. Lifting almost 4 days chesta.. but i want to increase becoz each one i am able to do only once a week.. back,arms only 1 day week cheyygalgutunna.. Papi gadu post este katthi la digali

Daily schedule: 20 minutes HIT running on treadmill. Abs for 20 minutes. weight lifting(back,chest,squat,shoulder,hands) one for a day.. 1.hr 30minutes lo done. kaani some days ... running,abs cheyyagane .. i am done anipistundi .. energy undadu. Sare edaina tini eldam ante.. Running lo HIT program run cheyyadam kastam tini velthe.. Ippudu kotta logic.. I am taking one banana/bread with peanut butter to gym.. running and abs kagane... banana/bread tineshi.. weight lifting start chestunna.. ippudu fine.. Do you guys follow any other idea to keep your energy for weight lifting? Papi gadu post este katthi la digali
