I don't know what area is it called.I font know if he put up the fence inside his prperty or exactly at his outline.nenu konnapudu naaku ee area lo seed vesado aa area varaku chesa nenu.na pakkana vallu and his backysrd guy both don't have fence and they both mow that common area also at it appears a uniform yard for them..other common areas hoa does.
