Firstly, we dont have any proper education at all - only some 40% of the population completes 10th class .. rest all just know how to sign and are considered literate! so illiteracy is one huge problem. Second and most important is - whatever our education system is - it doesnt teach us "morals". I think our education system hasn't changed much from past 30-40 yrs. but rape cases increased in multifold. My worry is not about the rate at which these cases are increased, which is there thru out the world, but the horrific brutality surrounding some of these happen in India.
