my prediction came right after i posted here ... కేంద్ర మంత్రి మనీష్ తివారి ఏ బాధ్యతతో చెప్పారో కాని, సంచలన ప్రకటనే చేశారు. తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రం సాధ్యం కాదని పరోక్షంగా చెప్పేశారు.తెలంగాణ, రాయలసీమ ప్రాంతాలకు ప్రత్యేక ప్యాకేజీ ఇవ్వడానికి కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సిద్ధంగా ఉందని ఆయన అనడం విశేషం. అయితే రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి ప్రతిపాదన పంపితే పరిశీలించి, ఇవ్వడానికి తాము సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నామన్నారు.అంటే తెలంగాణ ఇవ్వడం లేదని చెప్పడమే ఆయన ఉద్దేశమా?దీనికి తెలంగాణ వాదులు సిద్దపడని పరిస్థితి ఉంది. దానిపై ఏ పరిణామానికైనా కేంద్రం సిద్దం అవుతున్నది భావించాలా?
