I think the case passed to SC....it's the CBI that investigated the case....why would CBI under an enemy govt shield modi if he is responsible for it....relatives of may accuse many things, it doesn't become truth......Haren Pandya was denied ticket by modi.....He was denied ticket because out of jealousy pandya went before a private retired judge panel and gave a statement against modi without an ioata of proof when entire Bjp was defending modi | ||

it's not Gujarat govt it's Independent SIT that investigated the case.....Vicious media deliberately presenting as if modi himself is petetioning for death sentence to paint him opportunistic in the mind of his hindutva supporters | ||
