Seinfeld ante.. 25 graps protein one scoop oke na? only last week nunchi start chesha 3 scoops.. after workout,4pm and night before sleep.. Whole protein ante edi thinali eshe? ippudu carb cycling lo 200g protien edanunchi pattukaravali.. chicken and fish rendu tinali anthe antava? 1scoop of whey isolate 25grams after work out. lunch:chicken 35g protein+ 1 cup brown rice. 40grams of carbs greek yogurt around 4pm 14g protein 6pm one fish fillent 25g of protien night 1cup brown rice, chicken.. 40g protein 15g prtoein cottage cheese .. stilll i need another 50grams protein .. eda nunchi tevala? 75 gm of protein powder out of 150-200 is no good ..too much of supplement... whole foods have satiating affect on ur body and they digest slowly and have all important vitamin/min..u should try to eat whole protein than powders.. powder (it at all) should be only after workout.. pre workout drink avasaram ledu, eat whole foods and u will have lot of energy in gym.. |
