yes.. 1 mile per day and do it every other day.. not daily.. 3 or 4 days a week should be fine.. i do tues,thursday.. saturday bike and sunday long runs.. longer than regular day runs.. but much slower than my normal speed.. that way i can cover long distance and helps me to develop cardiovascular system.. nope.. when running never walk.. your mind gets used to it and you can never do long runs.. try cheyy.. atleast half mile or 1 mile continuous.. keep short targets.. 1 mile first week.. 1.2 miles 2nd week..continuous run.. regarding shoes, visit any running stores.. there should be local store some where.. they will charge more.. but they will sell you the right one.. my picks are saucony, books, asics. Don't go for Nike/Reebok.. don't go straight way to 4 miles..start with 1.5 mile and every week increase 10% so that your body gets used to pounding.. ika shin pains start avutayi for first few days.. and then you can get used to them. but slow ga ramp cheyy distance and speed otherwise you'll end up with injuries.. Issue is too subjective and people will be very defensive, opinionated. Good but Seinfeld's feelings are understandable. I don't see any difference between this and making fun of clothing, white socks for black pants, etc. Reality is that the human mind is tuned to see anything unusual as weird. If we were in Africa, their facial markings, behaviour would look strange to us. Bottu might seem beautiful to Razesh to but at work, it won't seem different from some African practice.
