(issuing authority cheyyali) or some specified guys (Jackson n hewitt , hr block in some places) cheyyochu.... first case lo certification cheyinchaka..u can either go to local IRS office or send it directly to austin... | ||

earlier HR block Jackson hewit could do it...or u could do it on your own by filing Tax returns and attaching a notarised copy of ur spouse passport, visa etc etc...this year on , rules have changed either send uy original passport to IRS office in austin or go to the local IRS office and get it notarised...the second option lets u keep ur passport with you....but not all IRS offices do that...each state has only one office that verifies your W7 form | ||

Yes... Every 2-3 states oka Tax auditor vuntadhu who can certify our passports.. He will take our spouse passport to them, verify the I94 and stamp details and notarize them..
