I have worked with Managers, who I think, can't spot the difference!!! Everything I like is either Illegal, Immoral, Fattening, Addictive, Expensive, Impossible or Committed!! Good Things Happen, when you go out and earn it!! | ||

this was more of a casual talk, more than the mistake, its the projection of mistake, and when it was identified(which itself is another mistake - at a managerial level). when he says,it doesnt bother him, he means to say that he expects to be mistakes to be part of a project.
its more like this, sometimes there are mistakes that can happen even when you have already made it once. to counter this there needs to be someone who monitors for such mistakes to happen. in our team, we learnt this, and we have found a person who is pretty good at looking for these. and is really meticulous about it. alot of times when working on projects that fast paced, most people involved do no have enough time to retrospect until after the project is delivered. im open to learn in this area, i dont know how others handle these situations, in both small and larger organizations the world of appearances may or may not be real, or both may and may not be real - or may be indescribable; or may be real and indescribable, or unreal and indescribable; or in the end may be read and unreal and indescribable - its all Syadvada | ||

Interesting phrase i heard today. Was on a call with my boss, and we were discussing about a product, which had its challenges at different levels, and we learnt from it. I said "well, we will not be making the same mistakes again " He said "mistakes do not bother me, we will make mistakes always, in many cases we will repeat the mistakes, and if we own them, we will get better enough to make new mistakes , ". it reminded me of a Michael jordan - "I failed and failed repeatedly in my life, and thats why i got better" hmmmm.... the world of appearances may or may not be real, or both may and may not be real - or may be indescribable; or may be real and indescribable, or unreal and indescribable; or in the end may be read and unreal and indescribable - its all Syadvada |
